Business case deepdive

We always start with a Non Disclosure Agreement. It allows us to openly review the numbers that matter. We don’t begin with your campaigns; we start by understanding your business.

During the first strategic intake we dive into:
• Order value and gross margin

• Repeat purchases and customer value over 6–12 months
• Your best selling products per channel

LTV product analysis
