The role
What you’ll do as a Google Ads Specialist?
As a Google Ads Specialist, you’re key to our clients’ success. You manage and optimise campaigns with a focus on results and scalability. Your expertise in Google Ads; especially Shopping, Performance Max and Dynamic Remarketing; makes sure our clients achieve more conversions and more profit.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and run Google Ads strategies – perfectly aligned with our e-commerce clients’ goals.
- Optimise product feeds – in Google Merchant Center for maximum visibility.
- Automate and scale campaigns – by smartly using Google Ads scripts and other tools.
- Analyse data and report – to ensure continuous improvement.
- Direct client contact – keeping our clients informed and guiding them strategically.
- Cost control and ROAS optimisation – on monthly ad budgets of €20,000 to €150,000.

We’re looking for an experienced Google Ads expert who’s results-driven and doesn’t back down from a challenge. You know how to turn data and strategies into valuable results for our clients.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience with Google Ads in e-commerce, including Shopping, Performance Max and Dynamic Remarketing.
- Expertise in feed optimisation for Google Merchant Center, with a proven track record in scalable campaigns.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads scripts and automation to maximise performance and efficiency.
- Experience with strategies for budgets of €20K to €150K per month.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Eager to learn, passionate and driven to always deliver the best results.
